Vegetarian diet and deficiencies – Alternative

I’m 45 and I’ve been on a vegetarian diet since I was 20. But recently, as I felt tired and felt significant muscle pressure, I had a blood test that revealed that I had deficiencies in protein, albumin, vitamin B and iron. How can I cover these deficiencies without risk and what would be your dietary advice (obviously without animal protein)?

I can’t advise you much to do a treatment with peas, chickpeas, beans and lentils, without forgetting almonds and ground sesame seeds. In addition, I advise you to supplement your diet …
